Enjoy wooded mountain views from the 8’x50’ covered porch which has rocking chairs, a swing, a hammock, and a table and chairs for your comfort and enjoyment. Large 10’x24’ deck adjoins the front of the house with a view of the man-made waterfall, and features a gas grill.

Community area includes a pond with ducks and fish, a picnic area with table and grill, volleyball nets, and a treehouse.
